Dreams - Shrewsbury

Very friendly member of staff (Peter at the Shrewsbury branch). Wasn't pushy in the way he prompted the extras which was a very nice change.

Had assistance immediately but that was because there was noone else in the shop. Assistant Peter was most helpful, polite and knowledgeable. The Pillow we needed was in stock.

James was friendly and knew his stuff. Very pleased and looking forward to our new mattress later on.

The assistant( Lee) was extremely helpful and directed us to several beds which were suitable. He was very pleasant and not at all pushy.

I had no problems from start to finish great communication from order to delivery very friendly and helpful.

The sale assistant wasn't too pushy & allowed us time to look around. He also offered advise when needed.

James who served us was wonderfully accommodating, and the other staff were lovely and friendly whilst we waited for the desk to become free. We were well looked after, and felt valued as customers, which isn't something we find many places these days!

Debbie was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the correct mattress for us, in the right price bracket. We were also able to choose the date for delivery - important as we aren't ready for it just yet.

The products were all easily visible as well as free to try out. The assistant Pete was very helpful and was clear and concise when it came down to explaining everything, he was also happy to answer any questions and makes a very good cup of coffee too :D

Sales person, Karl was very pleasant, polite and helpful and not at all pushy, understood my needs and offered a good deal, very professional experience
