Dreams - Shrewsbury

We were looking for a new storage bed and had seen some adverts on TV about Dreams. So we went to Shrewsbury, our nearest store, and found a very efficient and friendly assistant who helped us find the right bed for us.

Service was fantastic. Told assistant what I wanted, order was processed promptly with no unnecessary waiting. Whole experience was great.

We were seen to immediately. We were left to browse when we asked and the staff were attentive when we needed them. We have used this store often and we have always been happy.

Our enquiries were extremely well dealt with by Carl. Very very helpful man with great knowledge of the products available and extremely helpful to my needs for a bed to help with my back problem. Makes a great vup f tea too!

Very quick and well informed

I am approaching 80, and shopping for a bed for myself with my son, as I have just recently downsized and had my old mattress for over 40 years ! The store was very busy when we entered as it was pouring down with rain outside. We were acknowledged on our arrival, which was very nice, and something a lot of sales people no longer do these days. Pete the salesman was lovely, he answered all our questions and even made my son and I a cup of coffee which was a lovely touch. We ended up buying a very good mattress which happened to be in the sale. The only one tiny critisism was it was on a wooden frame (which we wanted) and was the only one of its type in the store with the others all being devan type bases. We opted for the sprung style slats, but were not pushed into it, and were very pleased to come out of the store feeling we had an excellent bed at great value for money, hence the reason why I have put such good marks down. I do hope the bed is as good as I think it will be and look forward to sleeping on it soon. Many thanks again. Regards, Jo Marvell
