I got what I needed and Pete was a diamond

The staff member Pete at Shrewsbury clearly had very good product knowledge and was very friendly and patient. He was efficient and dealt with the order very professionally. I wish I had him on my sales team.

We were served by Carl at the Shrewsbury store. He came over to us after a respectable amount of time with offer to help. Carl was very friendly to myself, husband and children. Lots of eye contact and humour. After finding out what we were after, he recommended certain things to us. He spoke to my son about school etc. He asked my daughter if she played an instrument - this led to a lovely conversation about flutes etc. The bed we bought was for my daughter and Carl was excellent at directing any questions to her as well as us, making her feel very included. Carl was very knowledgeable, not pushy but very happy to help and ensure we understood everything. Carl is a credit to you - and I would definitely recommend buying from Dreams again and def to be served by Carl. Thanks very much!

the staff were very helpful and friendly, and not giving us the hard sell when we were looking, we went away to have a think and when we came back after an hour to order we were remembered by the assistant and even given a cup of tea (which was very much needed) the staff dealt with our order with the utmost care and attention and made our purchase easy, including having a laugh and a joke putting us at ease. congratulations to all 3 staff (especially Pete who made a most welcome tea and coffee)

To begin with we popped into Benson's next door but found the customer care to be over the top and loud so we came into Dreams and Pete came over to us and acted in a calm and professional manner. He helped our every need and quietly took our order. Just what we needed. He was excellent.

Excellent display of mattresses using the colour scheme system. Very friendly (and not too pushy) assistant - Pete. Did not try to sell us something we could not afford.

I was helped by Peter in the Shrewsbury store. He was very friendly and incredibly helpful without the usual pushy sales tactics. I was made to feel very comfortable and I was really pleased with my purchase!

The staff member Pete was outstanding really helpful, not pushy he offered us coffee and tea. Allowed us to try out pillows which we also went on to buy. Hè was able to answer all the questions in a polite and friendly way. He explauned the process and gave us options so overall he as an individual msde the experience easy. In my opinion he should be comended for his attentive service by his management team
