Ive visited the store on several occasions & each time I’ve been extremely welcomed by Carl who has remembered me each time including the lengthy approx 8-10months since my last visit. seconds of me arriving Carl recognised me. Hes always give me great knowledge of all the beds in store most particularly A high knowledge of the mattresses. He has supported me in my visits & Each time I’ve been extremely close in buying, last time The bed I wanted wasn’t in stock, He took my number & rang me as soon as the Bed was in stock. Today I couldn’t of been more happy to put my order through with Carl. He’s a great asset to the company & doesn’t put any pressure on buying any products a great guy. I was offered a drink & what a lovely coffee it was by James. From the choice of beds, to mattresses to pillows & quilts Carl put 110% into my custom. I’ve entered the store on many occasions I was very glad Carl was still willing to put his effort into making a sale with me today. Carl even offered to help me to the car with the smaller products of the order. Thank-you for given me confidence & my trust in buying.

The manager was friendly, helpful and was sensitive to our requirements. We came into the shop just to see if the mattresses were suitable and did not plan to buy straight away. We were very impressed however and decided to buy there and then. We are very happy with the advice given and look forward to receiving our mattress in a few weeks time.

The salesperson was knowledgeable and allowed us to make our selection without pressuring us.
