Dreams - Shrewsbury

Initially given help as to the layout of the store, then left to browse - no pressure. Later given more information regarding the product in which I was interested. Ordering was simple an quick. Delivery details given - which were accurate.

James was available to help us when we needed advice, but also left us to have time to try out the beds and think and talk about what it was that we were looking for with some space as well. He made it clear that he was available to help and we just needed to ask. He offered us drinks while we were deciding and then talked us through the options, until we got to the one we were happy with. He also knew which additions to add to our particular order and explained this well.

James the assistant was extremely helpful and informative,it was a real pleasure visiting the store,we were made very welcome.

I visited the store in Shrewsbury twice and found the staff, Carl / Peter, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and no pressure sales talk at all. I will definitely go there again when looking for a mattress .

My wife and I were particularly pleased with the way a young gentleman by the name of Peter Dawson dealt with us at the Dreams unit in Shrewsbury. He left us alone when we indicated we wished to look around the mattresses on display and didn't in any way hassle us - I in particular do not take kindly to any sort of pressured approach. When we indicated that we would like some assistance he was exemplary. He answered our questions in a way which indicated he was well versed in the technicalities of the products on display and on further inspection it became obvious that he was giving us good advice. We ended up by ordering four mattresses the following day.
