The assistant gave my wife and I adequate time to look around and make our choice, without being pushy in any way. When we were ready to place our order, he made us a coffee and took us through the process patiently and thoroughly.

I was highly satisfied with my visit as I had some specific requests. I wanted a firm mattress that did not get hot and did not need to be turned over. I was helped by two members of staff, who understood my needs and showed me appropriate mattresses. They gave me time to try them out on my own and also support and guidance when I asked for help. I felt they understood my needs and so I was able to make a decision confident that I will have a mattress that meets my needs in the price range that I was happy with.

James quickly understood our requirements and was very efficient in sorting them out.

Found what we needed and had good advice from the salesman who did not "crowd" us . I thought the 20% offer advertising was somewhat misleading as I thought there was 20% sale but in fact it was only a few what appeared to be bottom end products
