Dreams - Shrewsbury

Looking for a mattress for a spare bed that will be mainly used by my parents when they visit. So it needed to satisfy the needs of a few people. Our advisor, Adam B was very helpful and understood exactly what we were after and took out budget into account. His knowledge of the stock was good and he wasn't too pushy, he even knew to give us some time to discuss alone without forcing us into a decision. Would definitely recommend to others and very pleased with overall service and the product we chose.

The visit to Dreams was my first visit to ANY shop specialising in the sale of beds. I knew what I wanted to get from a new bed, but not what bed would achieve it - I received courteous, professional, specific advice. Shown examples and allowed to spend as much time as required to assess different alternatives. I came away with a quote for MY choice and a plan for order and delivery.

We were offered assistance when we needed it and the sales person was very knowledgeable and answered our questions fully.

Adam ( Shrewsbury store) was very helpful but not pushy. He gave us time to work out what mattress we wanted and then he was helpful & efficient with our order, once we had made up our own minds.

The store was clean and tidy, showing the products off to good effect. Despite being busy the staff were very helpfull. James, the person who took our order being knowledgeable and freindly.

Pete, the sales advisor who helped us was very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us good advice but wasn't pushy and gave us plenty of time and space to make our decision. Perfect salesmanship - and a very good cup of tea!
