There was a very good range of beds which gave us good choice

My daughter is disabled so we had very specific needs but the customer service we experienced from Adam was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and he spent time answering our questions, listening to our needs and showing us what was available in store. He had good knowledge of the products on show and he was friendly and helpful throughout.

James was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, without being pushy.

Friendly greet as we entered the store, upbeat and friendly advisor who helped me find what I was looking for. Gave me advice on mattresses which suited my needs and advised of optional products too. Fantastic work!

The Dreams shop was very clean with a nice atmosphere, the gentleman serving us was also very encouraging and certainly seemed to know his job. We ended up buying exactly what we were looking for and we werelooked after well

Had just been into Bensons for beds and the customer service there was awful. In contrast as soon as we entered dreams we were greeted and approached straight away by a very friendly employee. We explained what we were after and he gave us a list of options. We chose what we wanted and, as we sat down to sort the order, we were even offered a drink. Very knowledgeable staff and also very friendly.

The bed we purchased appeared to be of a good quality for the price. There was a variety of beds to choose from. We did not feel under any obligation or pressure to purchase anything and were able to look around the shop at our ease. Very helpful and friendly staff available.

We were looked after very well.
