The manager Adam served us and his product knowledge was excellent. He gave us just the assistance we wanted without bothering us. We had to change our delivery date and that was no problem.

Pete was very friendly and helpful as was his colleague. Pete answered all my questions and while informing of all the product options I had was not pushy. He also got me a tea which was nice

Our visit was to select a new bed and mattress that gave consideration to my wife's difficulty in getting a good nights' sleep. The store staff were extremely helpful in explaining and demonstrating all the options and benefits of the types of mattress. This was done without pressured sales but helping us to understand and check what each mattress was like. Time to decide was not a problem focussing instead on giving us the help we wanted.

Was left alone until we required assistance, Pete was very helpful and even made us a nice cup of coffee

Given all the information we needed and now understand what to look for in understanding the quality and firmness of mattresses. In friendly none pushy manner.

The mattress I went into buy was for my little girl. I spoke with the gentleman at the Shrewsbury Branch and he fully understood what I needed.

The salesman Peter was considerate to my requirements and allowed me to view the products on display without any hard sell techniques, he was polite well informed and courteous.

Peter the sales person was very attentive and knowledgeable, insisting I tried out various mattresses before making my decision.
