Was put at ease by the store manager on entering the store. Lots of choice of beds and given lots of time to try them Until we found the right one.

I was seen by James,he was very attentive and helpful.He advised and showed me round.He allowed me time to talk to him and let me have a look round on my own but was there if I needed him.He provided me with good quality pillows when trying out the beds and let me take my time,I wasn't planning to buy today but because he was so attentive and knowledgable, I decided I didn't need to go away and think about it or go anywhere else.I bought there and then and enjoyed the Banter with James and also Pete who made me a cup of coffee,he also was very friendly and helpful.Between them they made the experience in the store a pleasure for me.They were both really nice

We were approaching this situation of buying a bed with extream caution being first time buyers of a house we were all about saving the pennies. Well, Adam and James at the Shrewsbury store were outstanding! We met Adam on our arrival into store. After a slog of a day we arrived back with our decision. As promised Adam wasn’t going to be there later that evening so sure enough all details were passed onto his colleague James. Perfection we were just so happy with everything and believe we were in outstanding hands. Many thanks for doing your roles so well and making our first bed buying experience effortless. Pete looked after us, we weren’t sure of the size required so he was very flexible with us. Lovely sales assistance nothing was too much trouble.

I was served by Peter who was knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. He spent a long time making sure I had the information I needed to make the best purchase.

James’s product knowledge was excellent, we were offered a drink and made to feel very welcome in store, and were kept up to date with the order we had placed. Would definitely recommend!
