Dreams - Shrewsbury

I visited Dreams after a back injury, I required a comfirtable supportive mattress. The manager supported us and showed us the Tempur mattress, yes it expensive but I have never felt anything like that comfort. Due to the pain I was in during my visit to the shop, the team went above and beyond to help. We chose the mattress and pillows, we could not have afforded to pay outright so your finance was amazing, it enabled us to have the top mattress and pillows to support my back and pay for it in small chunks at no interest. Can’t fault the team of the products. Thank you

Can't fault the service at all. Prices as always is a little steep compared to eBay prices ... hopefully you get what you pay for

After a difficult week for us, my husbands dad had passed away, our little girl was being tested for leukaemia and my mother had attempted suicide, we decided we needed a new bed and mattress to help us try and get a better nights sleep with all that is going on. We went into the store with 2/4 of our children, 1 being a rather energetic 18 month old who spent the entire time climbing out of his pushchair and taking the opportunity to stretch his legs up and down the aisles... this didn't seem to phase the sales assistant Adam and this made us feel more relaxed, shopping at the best of times with kids is stressful never mind bed shopping. Adam was great with our children, my 18 month old even felt at ease and took his hand... Adam was knowledge in what he was talking about, listened to what we needed. Him and his colleague managed to sort the finance out for us too to suit our situation. We are looking forward to our new bed arriving and hoping life calms down and that we have some much needed sleep on our new tempur mattress.

We walked into the store a tad confused as to what bed to buy which would best suit a strange shaped spare room of ours. After a few moments an assistant named James approached us and kindly asked if he could be of assistance. We told him the dilemma we had of needing a big bed for occasional use in a small room. Within what felt like seconds he had run through all the options avalible and helped us decide on the perfect option to suit not only our needs but our budget. We headed to the computer where he offered us both a hot drink which is a courtesy seldom offered these days. We sat chatting filling out the paper work which we were very pleasantly surprised as to the speed of availability and delivery dates. Added to which the avalible services offered to take away our old bed. All in all we had an excellent experience and I would not hesitate to recommend your company to friends and family. Added to which james is a credit to your company and made the general mundane chore of bed shopping into a pleasurable experience. Thank you

Pete supplied all information required, showed us various beds and allowed us to try as we wanted.Was very knowledgable but did not push at any time.

Pete in the Shrewsbury store was fantastic. He greeted us and showed us the various options that would suit our requirements. He was easy to talk to and answered every question we asked. He gave us time to think and we didn't feel the pressure that some stores apply. We will deffinently reccommend the store and it's staff. Thanks again Pete.

my husband and I were very impressed with James the sales assistant who was very professional and was able to answer all our queries. He was very friendly and took our order quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this store to any of my friends and family.
