Our Needs were understood we were given the assistance we required. Adam gave us time on our own to think about our purchase and was not overbearing. He was friendly and chatty.

The gentleman (pete) that served us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what I was looking for, gave an honest review as the product I was looking at use to be on the shop floor as well which really helped towards my choice

Pete was very friendly and knowledgeable, and very helpful, moving mattresses around onto different frames really helped us make our decision, and placing the order was effortless.

The assistant was most helpful but not overbearing and was obviously familiar with the range of products offered. He gave me time to look at alternative products. The arrangements for delivery & disposal of products in situ were commendable.
