No pushy salesman tactics. Showed he cared and we didn’t feel as he was there just to take out money off us he advised and it felt it mattered we were using you.

Our Salesman could not have been more helpful or knowledgable without being pushy. A first visit to Dreams store was an interesting experience which would encourage me to visit again when necessary to purchase again. Definitely would recommend to friends & relatives. Product appears very good value for money, but of course, not yet slept on. I cannot recommend our Salesman, Peter, more highly, he was brilliant.

Upon entering the store in Shrewsbury, sales assistance Pete Dawson approached me and my partner in a kind friendly and inviting manner. He asked me and my partner if we would like a cup of tea while he walked us around the store. As soon as I saw our purchase I fell in love with it. Pete then took us over to his desk and made it all happen. Me and my partner can not wait for our new bed to be delivered. The price was very fair and the delivery date is perfect for when we want it. My over all experience was outstanding and would highly recommend dreams to my family and friends.

Very helpful, corrected a mistake I made on my order quickly, plenty of information given, delivery to be made when I requested a date.
