Peter was really helpful and really took the time to understand what we needed and offer advice about the options that were available to us. He wasn't at all pushy and I really appreciated that.

Soon after I had entered Dreams I was politely approached by an assistant (Pete) . He competently guided me through my quest for replacement mattresses and I left feeling happy I had made the right decisions.

We found Pete extremely helpful and very easy to get on with.

The choice of beds was vast, the staff were both helpful & friendly. If all goes well, we'll be back for another bed in a couple of months.

It was just a friendly place with helpful staff that were there if we needed them but not harassing us. It was quick to put the order through and only a week to be delivered excellent.

Well arranged showroom which was clean, tidy, with good displays. Sunday morning was quite quiet with staff easily available for information & assistance.

Both my husand and I were extremely impressed with Adam from the Shrewsbury store, whose expert knowledge helped us navigate the myriad of mattresses available and to choose the correct one for our needs. He was polite and knowlegeable without being in any pushy in a sales way. We would come back to this store and to Adam in particular to choose more beds and mattresses.
