very knowledgable and friendly colleague (Annette) took my heath issues into account when showing me matresses, my overall shopping experience in store was great,and Annette went above and beyond to help.

Our assistant was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Her warm and non-pushy manner was very encouraging. We would deliberately look for her next time we come to Dreams.

There was a good selection of products of the type we wanted (Tempur matresses). The assistant was knowledgeable without being pushy. The only 'issue' was the price of the product, which is hardly Dreams fault...

Used Dreams before and always been satisfied

The staff were so friendly and made you feel at ease. They were very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for them. The Sleep-match was brilliant. I would recommend this store.

Just so much choice, but our sales assistant was so lovely. Didn’t make us feel we had to spend ridiculous amounts. Found just what we needed and so friendly. Really nice guy!!

Your colleague, Scott was really helpful, patient and allowed us to come to an informed choice about what product was right for us. He ensured we tried out a large range of mattresses until we had whittled it down to a few and even then he was infinitely patient while we hopped from one to the the other. We were recommended to use Dreams in Shrewsbury by a friend and we can see why.
