I walked in simply to browse. Within 2 minutes I was approached by a friendly, smartly appearanced, kind and professional gentleman. He took the time to be accommodating to both myself AND my hyper active 6 year old daughter. I can not thank Adam Bailey enough for how much time he spent with us. I never felt pressured to buy anything, he was just relaxed, professional and really nice to talk to. I discussed what I was looking into purchasing and he acknowledged my interests, whilst just being kind and helpful. I ended up buying a £300 sofa bed because of this man's keen instinct into what my purchase requirements were. He went through all the various things to think of before purchasing the said item as well. I didn't even think about issues regarding the colour, what specifically I was looking for when it came to the type of item I was buying or even what course of action I could take should my daughter spill something like squash on it. I cannot put enough words in to tell you how happy I was dealing with this wonderful employee. He was an absolute credit to your store and company. If you have any kind of reward scheme? He deserves to get it!!
