The man who served me, Pete, was very helpful in finding which bed I needed, whilst allowing me to still have choice in other options. Was very helpful, offered a drink and very welcoming and talkative.

Pete was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He didn't follow us around the store like other companies but he was available when we needed him.

We knew roughly what we wanted. We were served straight away, given all the appropriate options for what we wanted, we weren't hassled in to buying something we didn't want, we were then left Lone to try, and served straight away when we were ready. We couldn't have asked for any better service.

The gentleman that helped us to decide on the matters was very knowledgeable and made us feel at ease choosing a mattress. He gave lots of info about the mattresses and listened to our needs, showing us mattresses that matched what we wanted.

Brilliant staff and good show room. We were left to browse first which was nice as we got to have a look around at what we wanted and when we approached the staff greeted us politely and were very helpful. Evenually ending up with a happy purchase of a new bed and mattress. Adam B help us with every thing and made it all so much easier than what I thought It would be. Overall so happy and pleased with everything! Looking forward for my new bed now!!

From the moment we entered the store, we were greeted by Adam B. who introduced himself and outlined different aspects of the store, then let us have a wander without any hassle, but was on hand to help as soon as we needed it. He listened to our needs and gave us all the advice needed to purchase our perfect bed. Adam also made us a nice drink which was a lovely gesture I was most impressed.

We entered the store looking to buy a new mattress, we were greeted by Adam B. He was very welcoming and there was no hard sell talk which is very important as it puts people off. He explained the different mattresses and then showed us the the trial mattress selector machine which was fantastic. It recommend the perfect mattress and we were simply blown aware by the experience. Adam was exceptionally helpful and friendly which made the visit a pleasure. Everything was explained to us fully and comprehensively and we were more than satisfied with the purchase. We will use dreams again and again now and recommend this store to friends and family. Thank you for such a great service.

The assistant was very knowledgeable, made good suggestions on products and services and offered our 5 year old daughter a drink of water and when she asked for squash he put a small amount of juice in the water bottle so she was happy

Staff was very friendly and helpful, store environment was excellent and overall a positive shopping experience.

The friendly assistant understood immediately what we needed. He asked relevant questions to enable him to show us our choices. He was knowledgeable about the products and never "pushy". We were offered a choice of delivery dates to suit our needs. Pricing good.
