We were given very helpful advice and yet also given space to make our own decision

I walked in to the store and was not pressurised by the staff but were made aware they were there to help should I need it. When I needed help I was treated very well and all my needs were met. Pete in the Shrewsbury store was most helpful and polite.

Friendly helpful staff & got the product that I needed in a timely manner.

The frame we wanted wasn't available in super king size, James the assistance double checked for us to make sure, we then went to walk around the store to look at others. James came over to us as he had checked the website to see other similar products in king size (we didn't ask him to he did this himself), he found something he thought would be suitable, we discussed it, he advised us of an offer that was on currently and gave more advice on the bed. He explained everything appeared genuine and offered us the best deal he could. I've purchased around 9 beds in my life as I have 2 kids as well, I've never had a positive experience buying a bed, sales people have been nice but just as you'd expect, James really went above and beyond and made this my first ever positive bed buying experience

Pete was experienced, helpful and also left us, to talk about the mattress, without any pressure.
