Helpful staff member who was courteous, patient and had excellent product knowledge. He answered all the questions with thought and did not rush any decision.

We were dealt with by Adam who listened to our needs and was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.

Pete was very knowledgeable about the the products and understood my needs. He went above and beyond the call of duty showing interest and friendliness. He demonstrated a great understanding of the products available and spent time explaining the differences between them in an enthusiastic manner. He made a note of potential delivery difficulties due to an error on several sat-nav systems. This should make it easier for the delivery team.

We were highly satisfied with the service we received because of our customer service which was professionally and subtly delivered by Adam in store. We didn’t feel pressured or that we were being ‘pushed’ into a sale. Adam explained everything thoroughly and we were able to make our purchase with ease and confidence. We were offered tea and coffee and a range of mattresses to choose from based on our needs which Adam listened to.

Excellent service. Offered help and assistance. A cup of tea while we thought over our options. We went on the bed scanning which narrowed down the headache of choosing. And then the 40 day exchange if it wasn't the one as long as covered was the best option if like us with fibromyalgia and arthritis your scared of buying something not suitable. James our assistant helped and reasurred without being pushy. Can't wait receive our new mattress
