Pete the sales man was great, excellent knowledge, didn't hassle us, didn't push us, a gentleman, made it so much easier than we anticipated.

James the assistant was very helpful and my Aunt enjoyer her coffee.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Not pressurised at any time but available to answer any questions we had.

When we first went in and just looking Adam B came over to us to see if we needed help. We had seen a bed we liked. After having a discussion with him he printed out the cost of everything. Went home, decided we would go through with the purchase. We went back a few days later. Adam b immediately acknowledged us (he was busy with another customer). When he was free came & apologised for keeping us waiting. After having made us a coffee went through all the payment options and proceded to fill in forms for credit.While I was reading terms &condition another cup of coffee appeared. When everything ws completed Adam went through everything to make sure we understood it all . A delivery date was arranged to suit us . we then left with our free mattress protectors & sleep trackers.

Staff were very knowledgeable and the products available were wide and varied. Found exactly what I was looking for

Service Prompt, helpful and very friendly. James explained how each of the mattresses were made, showing springs and discussed materials.

On arriving at Dreams and probably looking a little confused for the first 5 minutes and member of staff can over to over his help, Adam Bailey. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy which we had found in other stores. We used the sleepmatch which helped us decide on which types of mattresses to look at as we had no idea. We weren’t rushed or pushed into purchases a mattress which was a nice change. We actually went away for a week to have a think and look at other stores. However the quality of mattress for the price was unbeatable, we returned a week later to try the mattress again. Adam again helped us sort out the finance and the extras we needed. A great service and product. Thank you!

Our 16 year old daughter needed a new bed, we called into the store and Adam B came over to see if we needed help. We said we were just looking, so he left us to choose in peace. When we had picked the bed he was very helpful and knowledgeable and made our purchase very smooth. Thank you Adam
