The gentleman who greeted me on my first visit was very accommodating. offered tea and coffee , a pleasure to go shopping , showed me all of the options and very helpful with my purchases . I was in there for over an hour trying to decide , but I was assisted and shown which was best for my needs . went in the next day and as the gentleman I dealt with on previous day was busy with customers, he got his colleague up to speed with my order who then proceeded to finish my order, also very helpful and polite , all in all a very welcome change to have such pleasant an helpful staff. first gentleman then came over to see if I was happy with all that had been done .
