Dreams - Shrewsbury

There was an wide choice, personal and prompt service. We had a personalised recommendation for the best type of mattress for us and took a long time trying them all out without feeling pressurised. We had been before and found the same helpful staff and wide choice of mattresses, so when deciding to buy a new mattress to replace one we have had for 11 years they were our first choice.

We visited the Shrewsbury store during the afternoon of 28/10/18. 2 colleagues were working and were very busy but still found the time to help us with our queries. One colleague talked us through the Sleep Match service which we used which was really useful and we would highly recommend this service. He also offered us a complimentary drink. We only went in for a browse but ended up buying our daughter a new double bed and mattress and a kingsize Tempur mattress for ourselves! James was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and explained exactly what was happening at each stage of the purchase process. There was no pressure to buy, just good honest advice which proved really valuable as we ended up placing an order for £2000! Unfortunately I do not recall name of James colleague but he was also very helpful. We would have no hesitation in recommending this store to any of our friends/family that are looking for new beds/matresses. Top job from top staff, well done to Shrewsbury Store!

Very easy to talk to and known what we wanted

I was approached by Adam b when I arrived in store and explained what I was looking for, Adam then took me the products that he felt matched my needs and spent time answering my questions. I felt that he was extremely attentive and really helpful which is why I chose to come back and make the purchase.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We were looked after well by Pete in the Shrewsbury store.

We were well looked after by member of staff, and managed to find a bed to suit our needs: It’s a storage bed what we were looking for with a comfy combination mattress which is pocket sprung and memory foam and a modern headboard to complete the bed.

We were offered help as soon as we entered the store and then guided round the mattresses that were recommended to us, we were also offered a variety of pillows to try which we also bought with our new mattress. We were also made an excellent cup of tea!

our options were clearly explained, we were attended without being pressured.The young man was genuinely pleasant and helpful and explained all the paperwork etc in a relevant and concise way,then left us to make up our minds in peace.

We were greeted when we entered the store, we explained what we wanted and why, James listened to our needs and advised us to try your machine to aid us in our search, after the results, James spent a lot of time with us and nothing was to much trouble for him despite multiple questions etc. We narrowed our search down to the items we liked but were unsure over size, there was no pressure from James, he encouraged us to take some time, check the measurements and he would be happy to help on our return if we decided to buy the items. We returned a couple of hours later and was greeted again straight away by James, he already knew what we were after as we had spoken to him on the phone prior to returning so was very impressed that he had computer set up ready to go, he offered us a drink and after listening to us and remembering we had kids, he offered us some free duvets for the kids as a thank you from the store for our purchase. We were made to feel very comfortable throughout the whole process with other members of staff also being very polite. All in all a great experience and will definitely be returning in the future after taking away a children's bed and accessories brochure.
