Feel this survey is rather too soon as we haven’t even received the mattress yet. Hoping delivery and disposal of old mattress won’t change our review of being highly satisfied.

We felt relaxed and able to browse without being 'stalked' around the store but were made aware that assistance was on hand if we needed it. Unlike Bensons who we had previously visited who were so eager and pushy that we left quite quickly.

Great service, had plenty of time to decide. Appears to have a good selection.

This was not my first visit to purchase beds from Dreams, I have replaced all my beds with the company. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgable,and have always had the time and interest to show me what I asked for,and point out the all the different types of beds, as I was looking for specific Qualities, for my beds. The ordering process was fairly simple and easy to follow, and delivery timing was also very flexible

Went to both bensons and dreams on the same day. The dreams employees were far less pushy and allowed us to look around in our own time but were close by when we wanted to ask a question. The store was well looked after and both the guys working on the desk (Shrewsbury store 3rd and 4th November) were friendly and helpful. They recognised us when we returned the next day and their customer service meant I didn't go looking elsewhere afterwards
