I was treated exceptionally well from the beginning of my visit. i was shown a selection of mattresses, and tested them for comfort, it was a very pleasant experience.

We visited your Shrewsbury store and was met by a pleasant and indeed friendly Sales Assistance called James. We told him we were interested in a new mattress and he guided us towards your new sleep positioning system and gave us plenty of time to try all the options available and offered his expert advice. He gave us plenty of thinking time and was extremely efficient. We were extremely impressed by his Customer Service and the whole experience in your store was completely satisfactory thus resulting in a purchase.

Long Story but my house sale fell through after 13 weeks I have been sleeping on a mattress on the floor as I had dismantled my old bed and gave that one to my daughter. So when I went in on Sunday I was completely exhausted and not to well suffering from a cold and fed up but thinking I definitely need a good nights sleep. As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by two young men. They let us browse and then they came to see if we needed any help. Firstly they explained how to make up a divan bed, as I was a bit confused. I asked for a tape measure which they had lots of in store. Showed me lots of bed frames with storage. They were so friendly and kind and didn’t rush me and let me consider my options. Once decided we were told about a different colour also and for comfort my Fad and laid down on the bed was offered pillows and helped my Dad as he has Parkinson’s. They also offered us a cup of tea or coffee. One we decided we approached the young man called Pete that had helped us and we sat down and ordered my bed. It was very clear and easy and delivery was less than two weeks which I though was exceptional. To be honest Pete made the whole experience a pleasure.
