The help provided from using the test bed & subsequent list of options. The way the testing & chance to try & eliminate in sequence, to finish with full satisfaction. Also the amount of time & knowledge spent by Pete & the coffee (to my specification) made by him. The whole experience, which took a considerable time (well spent), was made considerably pleasant by the friendly attitude of the staff.

Pete was brilliant even made us all a cuppa.Brought me a pillow and duvet!!! Left me in peace when I wanted it..nearly nodded off! Even brought me a pillow which was marvellous for my bad back!! I need to save for one. He was great with my daughter who has special needs and even ordered her a bed too he was brilliant from beginning to end
