The team made it so easy for me to buy the bed I wanted. I didn’t feel pressured and as someone who suffers with anxiety I didn’t feel uncomfortable at any time. I was offered a drink and the whole experience was great. This is the first time I’ve been to Dreams and I would highly recommend it to my friends and family! The price was really great too!

I went in to buy a new double mattress and came out spending £2,328.00! The service was absolutely first class, and the mattress selector made the choice easier. Had it not been for the extremely friendly staff and the excellent product knowledge, I probably would not have made a purchase as I was only initially starting to look for a new mattress...……. The store was clean, well laid out and there was no pressure to buy, only good, sound advice.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, nothing too much trouble, coffee offered and accepted...... great range of products, clear selection made when used the mattress machine!

Very good customer service from Peter. Well versed on the products, there was no rush to purchase anything, and even offered a cup of tea and coffee. Would recommend for definate.
