We first came into the Battlefield, Shrewsbury store the previous week based on a recommendation of a friend. We were really looking for a special mattress topper for an old sofa bed. While in the store, Adam B, our sales assistant told me about a special Tempur pillow because I complained about my neck when I sleep. Then as we began to look around the store we found a unique sofa bed that seemed to fit our needs. On the first visit, I purchased the pillow and cover and we took measurements of the sofa bed. Adam was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. The next week we returned to purchase the new sofa bed and another Tempur pillow, since we both enjoyed them. We also purchased additional care coverage and covers for the pillows and sofa bed. Adam was great throughout and very helpful in securing the best date for delivery. We are looking forward to receiving the new sofa.

Shrewsbury branch Drove for two hours to buy a bed walked in staff with a smile. Left along for about 15 minutes and then Pete the salesman came over to us. Offered a cup of tea and no pressure at all showed us all the beds and even different pillows. Offered other items to complement our m New bed Left in under one hour and spent £1800.00 and felt no need to go to bensons so all in all good trip.

The assistant, Peter, was very attentive to our needs and provided us with product details of many options available to us. We felt we were then able to make an informed choice. Peter kept a respectful distance while we were discussing our preferences and he was able to help us choose the correct products for our needs. We left the store happy with our choice and very happy with the service we received.
