Dreams - Shrewsbury

The sales assistant (Pete) was very easy to talk to and welcoming. He checked our needs and gave us time to select the right type of bed for our spare room. He was knowledgeable about Dreams products and services, listened, and responded positively to our questions and comments. It was refreshing to have such a positive shopping experience. Pete at the Shrewsbury store was excellent, he was extremely knowledgeable and attentive without being in any way overbearing and wasn’t pushing for a sale at all, he genuinely seemed to want to ensure we purchased the right product and put a lot of effort into ensuring we did. After an initial discussion as to what we were looking for he recommended we try the sleep match system which gave us a list of recommended bed for us as a couple and we ended up buying the first one on the list! Overall experience was great and would highly recommend a visit to the Shrewsbury store. Thank you Pete!

We were served by Peter in Shrewsbury who was excellent.

We were very happy with our choice, but didn’t need an extra mattress that was in the offer. We would have been happier for a price reduction instead. Hence we have given the single mattress away as we had no use for it.

Pete, the assistant, knew when to assist and when I wanted time to consider. He was not pushy but was available when needed

The balance was just right - help was there when you needed it, but without being overbearing or pressuring, and having the measuring machine to shortlist the right products really helped.
