The gentleman called Adam that help us was really helpfully helped us with every need even putting the mattress’s we wanted on the bed we wanted so we could see what it was like

We knew exactly what we wanted to buy and the salesman was helpful and very knowledgeable

The young man that helped us with our purchase, Wes, was a really nice Yorkshire lad, he new his stuff about the mattresses. He was very knowledgeable, polite and extremely helpful in the process of us buying a new mattress. We were not rushed at all, we tried lots of different ones and finally chose the one we liked.

We were served by Peter who was very helpful,polite and friendly. He knew the sales process with efficiency and was informative of other items that could also be considered. He also assisted again when we browsed a bed when leaving the store which was really appreciated.

Fantastic Service From Adam he served us with the perfect balance of not being pushy at all but really informative into helping us make our decision quicker as we were unsure of what bed to get, also very friendly and polite and a great cup of tea.

Wes was extremely helpful throughout our time in store, got us to try several mattresses, and then retry to make sure we were definitely happy with what we were purchasing.

Wes and Adam helped me today. They were exceptional in the service they delivered. Excellent product knowledge and took the time to show me different products and different options. I had a specific budget which they worked within and I did not feel pressured to buy, but felt comfortable to spend as they really did find me the best product available. Everyone in the store was friendly and welcoming, the store itself was bright and the layout was good. I have had a better experience here than in other UK bed stores! I will definitely go back for more products after me speedy delivery. Very satisfied indeed :)
