Wes was friendly and well informed. After informing him of our needs, he directed us to the available products. He also tried to sell the additional cover for the mattress. It should be noted however that I purchased a 4 foot small double bed. As a mattress cover was not available as a free product I did not opt for the additional cover.

The sales assistant was very helpful and spent a lot of time explaining things. With such a lot of choice on mattresses it would have been impossible to have chosen the the right one without this help.

Knowledgeable and helpful salesman

We walked in to have a look and immediately wes approached us to give us help and advice, he set up sleep match and had our positions analysed, while this happened he made us a cup of tea. Once this was done he talked us through our options and gave recommendations based on our wants and needs but also our budget. He showed extremely good knowledge of all the brands and did what he could to make the experience great for us.

Wes was very helpful and polite. He was not pushy at all. He showed us the bed simulator to find us the perfect matress type for us and took his time with showing us and explaining to us the different types of mattresses that would suit us. Then explained about the different bed frames, how they can come and the different colours they come in. He did not push us to buy there and then. We went away to think about it and came back happy to purchase and to be served by wes. Upon our second visit he was happy again to go through everything and make sure we was 100% happy and had all the information we needed before we left. Very good salesman and very helpful

My salesperson was knowledgeable, polite, helpful but not pushy, and seemed to genuinely want me to make the right decision for me. (A bit like Vauxhall, in my experience!). I initially only went in to buy a bed base, but, when I asked about the value of buying a mattress at the same time, he asked if I would like to try the pressure sensor machine for specific mattress recommendations. The machine test was a) a pleasant experience (a bit like a mini massage!) b) very useful as it gave me the confidence to select from mattresses that appealed to me, but which I was not sure would suit my back of the bed base. I have walked out of several stores before simply because I was so bemused by the range of mattresses on offer. I might well have done the same, had the machine not been available and had my salesperson not patiently allowed me to try each suggested mattress, then gone away to work out prices on his PC, leaving me with a cup of tea and time to retry the two mattresses I liked best. In short, I spent a lot more money than I had planned but am satisfied and have already recommended Dreams to a colleague!

The member of staff was very helpful and friendly and put me at ease. He was able to answer all my questions. And gave me good advise on the different products available.
