Staff very friendly and helpful

Very helpful staff, we actually went in to purchase a mattress, but we were informed that we had to get online, but they were prepared to order it for us, but then we decided to try the ones in store, and we were shown lots and different levels of firmness. Couldn't fault anything, all the staff were very helpful.

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the essentially bottom of the range beds we were shown, which will be used as guest beds for visiting family. Pete the assistant went through the differences in the different models and enabled us to make our own choices without any pressure.

I was highly satisfied with the customer service at Dreams in Shrewsbury . Adam B was very welcoming, after speaking to him about the products and issues I had with my back, he showed me the Dreams sleepmatch machine to help me narrow down our options. Adam was extremely informative on all areas of the mattresses we looked at giving us the pros and cons and using our feedback to narrow down our search until we found the right mattress for us. He even went as far as to make us some refreshments as we discussed our purchase and talked us through any offers we may have been interested in to get the most out of our product. All in all I would rate our visit at 5* and cant wait for our delivery to come.

Wes was very knowledgable about the products he gave us the time to browse and was always available when we required assistance. He did not push any products and told us we must be satisfied with what we want as we’ll be spending a third of our lives on the bed and mattress so we need to be sure. He also informed us of the return policy for just the cost of £49 if we weren’t completely happy and wanted to select a different product within the 30 days
