The staff were really friendly, knowledgable and helpful. I assumed we required a certain firmness of matress but, with the help of the instore staff, we chose the perfect mattress for us and can NOT wait for it to be delivered on Starurday

We were just there the browse around and ended up finding the perfect bed and mattress! We don’t actually need it for another couple of weeks and if it wasn’t for Adam Bailey’s assistance we probably would’ve left and bought it another day. But he was so friendly and informative, we had no reason not to make the purchase right then and there!

The assistant was very knowledgeable but did not try to persuade us to choose any particular product that was made by ourselves with his knowledgeable assistance
