Dreams - Shrewsbury

I was ably assisted by Wesley. To me he was and is the perfect sales person. Helpful, knows what he is on about, not to pushy or in your face and more than happy to show me every type of mattress in the store. It was his extensive knowledge that swayed me from buying a Hypnos mattress, which is what i had set my mind on having, to eventually buying one of your own mattresses. Only down side was/is the length it takes for delivery which is completely out of Wesley's hands. I am currently sleeping on the floor and having osteo arthritis and scoliosis is no fun. But delivery times are what they are unfortunately. I came to Dreams because a different bed company - Bensons - have already failed to make a delivery and charged me £200 for the pleasure. I should of just bought from Dreams in the first place as the whole experience was far more pleasant.

Wes in your Shrewsbury store understood straight away what I was looking for and explained about different mattresses.

We have never shopped for a decent bed before and we were helped really well by the store person. They weren't pushy at all and gave us space and time to chat and make up our mind.

Adam was very knowledgeable and so helpful. It took us a few visits to decide on our final bed, but he never showed any frustration at this. He advised us on what would suit and always remembered us when we came back. E cells t customer service.

Friendly welcome, not pushy, and did all that I expected.

Pete (Shrewsbury) was attentive, good humoured, helpful and not at all pushy. His knowledge and experience were invaluable.

Greeted by friendly staff quickly after coming in. He was able to answer my questions and highlighted the differences between 2 beds I was interested in. He informed me of offers and promotions but was not in anyway pushy and this made me consider further purchases more than pressure sales would have. He was very friendly and helpful and I achieved exactly what I aimed to in my visit.

Pete was excellent, no pressure and gave us time to make an informed choice.

Very helpful staff with lots of knowledge, didn't feel pressured to buy.
