Dreams - Shrewsbury

We were assisted by Steve who suggested we try the bed which takes all the readings of how you lie in bed, any injuries etc (can't remember its name). This produced a list of about six different beds. We tried them all, which you had examples of in the store and we decided on the Harrison Spinks bed. We visited the store initially earlier on this year but we didn't need the bed until this November. I visited the store a few months ago with a query of when the best time was to order the bed and again saw Steve who was very helpful and we went in last Sunday to order the bed. Each time Steve was very helpful and it was nice to be able to see the same person each time we had contact with the store. We had another bounce around on the bed on Sunday and both of us know we have made the right decision. Ordering was easy and we look forward to receiving our bed at the end of October. Overall very satisfying experience. Thank you.

Pete was highly welcoming and appeared eager to help me find a mattress that would suit me and fit my criteria without ever feeling pushy. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products, helpful and funny. An excellent in store experience.

We recently visited Dreams in Shrewsbury to look at mattresses. On arrival we were greeted by Pete who was very friendly and helpful. He suggested we try their ‘mattress finder’ machine to narrow down our search. This was a fantastic tool which cleverly suggested a selection of mattresses to suit our needs. Pete guided us to each mattress and gave us ample time to try each one. He did not stand over us and was in no way pushy, he simply and clearly gave us the information we needed on each one and made it very simple for us to select the mattress which was best for us. The whole process, from beginning to end, was very enjoyable (which I was not expecting), and we came away very confident and happy with our purchase. We will definitely return to Dreams next time we need such a product.

We have been looking in various stores looking for a bed for my daughter no other store seemed to want to help as it was just a single frame we were looking for the server in your Shrewsbury store was excellent could not praise him highly enough I hope this is forwarded onto him

Adam Bailey was extremely knowledgeable of all the available products and of which suited us best. He gave us plenty of time to browse and helped us massively with the range of items in store. What could of been a very drawn out decision was made fun and informative by Adam's approach and friendly demeanor.
