Dreams - Shrewsbury

I was greeted by Adam, and he was very polite and friendly, I was embarrassed about my size and disability and explained to him I have mobility issues and needed a new mattress to suit my needs.. he asked if he could show me what was on offer and asked if I would like a drink while I was browsing.. I explained my budget to him. He was very informative and understanding so I was highly satisfied with the sales man.

I spoke to customer assistant Wes on the phone and he dealt with me in the shop when I bought the bed. Wes was excellent.it was Shrewsbury store. He was pleasant knowledgeable and did a really good job.

Adan was very helpful but not overbearing, and gave us time to discuss our needs and look through the store.

The staff that assisted us were extremely helpful. Adam in particular spent a lot of time with us. He was very knowledgeable about the products and really friendly. The other staff in store were also friendly and helpful. We had a hot drinks and they chatted to our daughter while we were busy.

Wes was really helpful and gave us a lot of help and wasn't in any way pushy. I felt he listened to us and got what we wanted. He also showed us lots of options and had the time to show us. The cup of tea was appreciated too!

Received prompt friendly service and advice from Wes. He took the time to find out what we were looking for and why (limited access issues/different mattress requirements for the two of us) and he talked through our various options.

First time we had used this store. The proactive approach of the staff was excellent, with in depth explanation of the technicalities of the products, time to sample a variety of different solutions, and efficient processing of the sale, once we had made our choice.

The sales assistant was very quick to complete my order, knowing that I was short of time
