The assistant was responsive to our needs and had a good knowledge of the items we wanted

The entire experience was pleasant. We entered the store and began looking around. After a few minutes, David came over and asked if he could help us at all. We explained what we were after and he said he would go through all the options with us and he offered us a hot drink. We did not feel like we were speaking to a salesperson throughout the conversation, we were given honest answers to our questions and were not being pushed into spending more than we needed.

Store was just about to close. Sales assistant stayed behind and was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to choose my own delivery date which was my initial reason for choosing Dreams. Altogether excellent.

the service given to me by Pete was excellent he stayed with me throughout the time i spent in the store his advice and guidance was second to none i was offered beverages which was most welcome, he was very patient and polite. the items i purchased were suited to my needs and i could see the quality of the items were as i expected of a high standard for the money i paid. i would not hesitate to recommend Dreams to others, and i will definitely shop at Dreams in the future

very friendly staff, was offered a cup of coffee, we were asked if we would like to try the mattress bed which we did and it helped us decide which mattress to go for. if I was buying another bed I would defiantly use dreams shrewsbury.

Never been to a dreams store before, was very impressed, We spoke to Adam(?) At the store in Shrewsbury. He was very friendly, helpful and knoledgeable! Will be returning for future orders and will recomend to friends and family!
