Dreams - Shrewsbury

We first entered the store just to browse and was greeted by Wesley who asked us if we needed help, once we said we were just browsing he was happy to leave us to have a look. Wesley then proceeded to help us make the right decision by using the Sleep motion to help us identify what mattress is best for us and showed us several options and brands. Offered us a tea or coffee while we looked round and his knowledge was very good. We visited the shop this time last year and was completely ignored but Wesley's service was brilliant.

Nothing was too much trouble and we were given the time by the staff to try and help make the right choices. We were provided with the sleep match experience so that hopefully the right mattress could be chosen. We were offered a drink but declined. The staff were polite and reassuring.

I was very pleased with the service I received. Wesley at Shrewsbury Store was extremely helpful when it came to my order for a new bed frame & mattress for my daughters birthday/Christmas. I had spend may days trawling the internet trying to decide where to go and what to buy, I was so glad I called in and spoke to Wesley, he spent time understanding our needs and whilst I cannot get the order on time, that was due to my tardiness not Dreams service. Thank you.
