The colleague that helped us, Wesley, was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful but not pushy in offering us suggestions for our purchase.

The store was very busy on the day that I visited. Due to a recent operation on my pelvis I was able to use crutches for some of the time but did require use of a wheelchair. The person who served me never made me feel like I was causing problems, he encouraged me to take my time and did everything he could to make trying out the top 8 suggested mattresses a consistent and easy experience. Even down to working out the best route around the store so that I didn't have to walk too far.

Customer assistant Pete was very interested with us, he showed us a few options, he spent a lot of time to keep us very satisfied experiencing visit in the shop, buying process run smoothly with adviced of additional guarantee etc.

Good prices and really friendly and helpful staff

Adam was very attentive from when we first came in the store, a pleasant welcome and offered us a drink . He asked is if we needed any assistance and we said just looking, ok he said just ask me if too have any questions. We had a look round and tried a few beds and we were looking at the bed test when adam came over and explained how it worked we went through the test and adam got the results and explained them, and showed us several beds that were recommended. We tried a few and settled on a mattress then decided that we would change the base as well adam asked us what we were looking for and pointed out a few that were suitable. We decided what we wanted and adam went through everything with us in detail , we were very happy to go ahead and purchase. Adam was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the process from start to finish. He is a credit to your store. Kind Regards Michael Fortune

The member of staff (Wes) was very helpful and took the time to show us various options. I did not feel he was too pushy though, which is what you want when visiting a store.

We could not have been more satisfied with our visit to the Sundorne Retail Park, Shrewsbury store. The staff, particularly Wesley, were extremely helpfull, knowledgable and friendly and we were able to make our decision about which mattress would best suit our needs, unrushed and in our own time but helped by the constructive advice we had been given. Thankyou. As regards the delivery, we were given a two hour slot, 8.30 to 10.30 for the agreed date which was confirmed by Email the day before. The delivery van arrived at 8.30. - you can't get better than that.

The Dreams colleague very swiftly assessed my requirements and was able to point me in the right direction to see the available choices and then explained the pros and cons of all the suitable choices.
