Staff were polite but not too pushy. There was no obligation to buy. The member of staff we dealt with appeard to be very knowledgable. He was very friendly and allowed time for us to ask questions. We were offered the opportunity to have our specific needs tested which allowed him to reccomend the right products for us. He offered us refreshments while we were making our decision and sale.

Your representative was very knowledgable and helpful without being pushy. We were given enough time to try each bed and he pitched it just right in being there to help us or answer questions to giving us enough space and time to make decisions.

pete approached us as we entered the store in shrewsbury and was helpful in explaining the deals and throughout the purchase.

Pete (staff member) was very helpful. He helped me find the best product for my needs giving very useful advice throughout.

There was no pressure at all. the salesman was well informed and new what ge was talking about ,and really helpful

The sales assistant, Adam, was really helpful, answered all our questions and had plenty of time to go through and discuss our requirements and make suggestions.

The whole visit was a really good experience. Wesley who served me, listened to my problems with sleeping, gave me a drink while I waited for the Sleepmatch Machine to be available, talked me through all of the options available and helped me to select the appropriate mattress. is knowledge was excellent and the quality of the goods were brilliant. He ensured that I had the right pillow and mattress protector, explained everything about the old mattress collection etc. The only blight on this top class experience was the time until delivery. He explained why there was this delay and said that he would check for cancellations and contact me if there was one. This issue was nothing to do with the store but to do with the distribution centre backlog.
