A friendly, courteous assistant who took quite some time discussing and showing the various potential products that would suit us best.

From the moment we entered the store we were greeted and not harrassesd whilst we looked around the shop. The person showed us the new bed test machine and then allowed to try the mattresses recommended.

Pete served us and was really helpful without being pushy. We were left to try out the beds with Pete on hand to check back.

All members of the sales team were attentive polite and knowledgeable about the range of products.

We walked in and were allowed to have a look before having someone ask if we were ok. This was perfect sometimes you can’t walk into a store without being pounced on and we didn’t have that issue. We were able to describe all that we were looking for and my back issues and came across the best one for us
