Employee wesley took the the time to go through what was right for me. Sales person but without being pushy.

Wesley was very attentive but not overbearing, he listened to our comments and requirements.

courteous, knowledgeable assistance from assistant, without us feeling pressurised.

Adam, the sales advisor, was very helpful and knowledgeable regards the product I purchased. He got a pillow so I could check the comfort when sleeping and a tape measure so I could check the height of the back of the sofa.

David was very professional in his approach and made us feel at ease rather than being to pushy. All his advice helped us to finally come to a decision as to which product best suited our needs. All the other staff were very helpful and made us feel very welcome in the store. Great customer service throughout !!
