Dreams - Salisbury

It was easy and outstanding presentation on items required in overall choice

We have been searching for a mattress for a couple of months and it’s been a minefield! We had in mind what we wanted because of a visit to another shop so looked at that one first. Jo then asked if she could help us and she was fab! We used the new machine to work out our best advised mattress and it wasn’t the mattress we had tried in the other shop. We spent ages going back and forth from the one we already had in mind to one of the ones the machine advised. We then bought the one the computer had suggested. Jo was amazingly patient with us, super knowledgeable and never felt she was pushing a sale. We also bumped into friends later in the day who said she had sold them their bed and they thought she was great too so all credit to Jo! Can’t wait for the mattress to arrive on the 4th!

Friendly staff made us welcome and quickly pointed out mattresses to meet what we had asked , giving us plenty of time to make our choice then advice on the 30 day option.

We visited Salisbury's Dreams on 18th March with JUST thoughts of replacing my Disabled son & my Beds. Dream's Staff Moncur pleasantly welcomed & greeted us & without any pressure gently showed us all Dream's Beds which could suit our maybe Bed's requirements. Through our nice offered coffee we Tested & Experienced all beds on show & thus with Great thoughts & discussions we chose two suitable Beds for us both. We actually had no intentions of instantly purchase our Beds so quickly but with Moncur's Helpful Assistance & Care we left Dreams happily with two ordered paid in full Lovely Beds. Helen was very helpful even thought we are moving home and couldn’t give her a exact day for delivery. We have now been in store again and seen Helen again to give our moving date.

Friendly and helpful staff. I had looked on line first so I knew what I was looking for. Four free pillows was a bonus.

The staff were knowledgeable and helped direct and advise us as to what would be suitable for our requirements

Joanne, the assistant was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She did not pressure in any way but was there to offer advice when required. She was a real credit

Everything was as expected. Products will be delivered in 3 weeks time, so I have not actually used them yet, so cannot comment on their quality at this time.
