From the moment I walked into the store I was made welcome by the assistant, being told she was there for any help she could give me,she would have given me time to browse if I wanted it but her knowledge of the products surpassed my expectations.

We were looking at our options rather than wanting to buy however your salesperson took us through the process of choosing the right mattress with the assistance of your new technology. She then showed us the options and explained the difference. She was very helpful, very pleasant and able to help us make a choice. Ultimately this is what resulted in the sale on the day.

THE ASSISTANT IULIA SPENT A LOT OF TIME EXPLAINING THE MATTRESSES AND HELPING US IN CHOOSING THE RIGHT PRODUCT FOR OUR NEEDS. THE LAYOUT OF THE BEDS WITH THE SASHES SHOWING AT ONCE THEY TYPE WAS HELPFUL AS WAS THE CLEAR PRICING

I buy a lot of beds and I always come to this store in Salisbury. Joanne is such a helpful lady and cannot do enough to help me find the bed I am looking for.

My needs were listened to carefully and I was shown several products that would serve my needs. The assistant was helpful, friendly and not overbearing, and answered my questions clearly. The shop is well set out and parking is right in front of the building. I had looked on line for what I wanted but really pleased I went in person to see and order. Time really well spent.

We came looking for a mattress for my partner who is suffering terrible insomnia, hoping that finding the right one will help him to sleep better and recover his health. The staff were very available, kind, polite and very helpful, offered us tea/coffee and helped us understand how the pricing worked as we were only looking for a mattress. We were extremely happy because we didn't have much money to spend, budge t of £200 and were worried we wouldn't find anything for this price. After some time trying beds, the assistant showed us one that was in the clearance as it was ex-display. We had tried it and loved it but assumed the clearance price was £287 as on the sale sign, not realizing this was for the bed base as well as the mattress, so we were really happy to discover that the mattress on its own they were letting go for £120 which was perfect ! Not only this as it was ex-display it will not take time for the fir retardants to dissipate, which my partner is very sensitive to, so the whole thing worked out perfectly for us, and much better than we imagined! The only slight downside was that we have to wait two weeks for delivery. But I am sure it will be worth it. Many Thanks !

We were Highly Satified because nothing was to much trouble.Helen asked and answered all the relevant questions and even provided refreshment..We were rather frazzled because we had been to one of you competitors stored and were feeling stressed but after taking part in the test for bed suitability we were totally destressed. Staff were friendly, not pushing for a sales, gave me time to look around and were there at the drop of a hat if I had a question, to which they came across as knowing what they were talking about, even took time to explain pillows to my grandson. Very happy with your Salisbury team.
