Dreams - Salisbury

first visit to dreams. very happy with the service given, speedy ordering, value for money yet to be determined as we are waiting for delievary.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, was able to spend time trying different mattresses.

When we walked in we were greeted and offered assistance. We like to look on our own and he told us he was about if we needed him and left us and didnt badger us again. We then went to him when we needed him. So its good that he didn’t keep asking us

I Found that the assistant was very helpful as we went into the store close to closing and she didn’t mind that it would mean stayin late

A very friendly and courteous service. We were provided with lots of valuable information that enabled us to make a well informed decision on our purchase

I was slightly daunted about buying new beds but Joanne was patient, listening to what we required and happy to answer any questions. What made the experience enjoyable was that she was also happy to take the time to engage with my 2 sons (whom the beds were for), to hear what they wanted and liked. We also enjoyed the tea, squash and chocolate eggs she gave us. Well done Joanne! Well done Dreams!
