Joanne was most helpful. And very efficient when placing my order. I was surprised when the delivery time for my new mattress was so quick . Delivery within 5 days. The cup of tea was most welcome as well!

Straight forward layout of store.immediately found what I was after in store.all done and dusted within half an hour using the 0%finance option.deliverd 4 days later.

Rep was friendly and informative without being pushy and recognised when to give us time to think things over alone before revisiting. A rep that actually listens to you and doesn’t jump on you is a refreshing change. This was the reason we actually bought on the day instead of online. Great service - rep clearly very good at what she does.

The assistant at Salisbury Dreams, Claire, was extremely friendly and customer focused. She really listened to our needs and was so patient in helping us finding the right product! She provided detailed info to every mattress we tried and made suggestions we hadn't thought of. She encouraged to use the sleep match bed and didn't shy away from asking her colleague Joanne (also super friendly) for help on certain steps within the order process, since Claire hadn't been working there long. This way she managed to make the purchase smooth, time efficient for us and a welcoming experience!!!

The Sales person was very polite, patient, friendly and helpful. We were offered refreshments throughout our visit. We did not feel rushed in any way.
