Dreams - Salisbury

Jo at store 809 was very friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to assist us. We also found the automated mattress selection machine to be very useful and Joanne put us at ease before using it.

Very well looked after by various members of staff from our arrival in store to us leaving.

We bought our last mattress from dreams and it is extremely comfortable. Our new purchase is a better bed for our daughter and am sure when she tries it out she will be pleased too.

Immediate attention when we entered the store together with an offer of hot or cold drinks as weather was hot. We let the Dreams 'sleepmatch' bed determine the ideal bed for us which came up with several suitable ones all of which were available to try in store. Everything was talked through and discussed with the salesman - David who was very happy to talk in detail about each mattress type/design. No rush whatsoever in store hence giving us time to try and try again each mattress until we made our choice. Same with the bed base, good explanations and plenty of choice in store. Would highly recommend this store.

Julia was very considerate and helpful she was not pushy she made me feel at ease, she was very professional she new her products very well, I would shop at dreams again

Claire was very knowledegable about both the anylitical equipment and the products. She spent time to listen and undestand our requirements. She was very patient when difficulties, that were outside of her control, were experianced.

I was really listened to. Offered a drink and the technology for my sleep needs was fab!
