Excellent service with a friendly and helpful member of staff.

David the employee was lovely and knew where the type of beds were that we wanted.

Store was quiet so someone offered to help us straight away. Delivery date within 4 days, great. The emails and text updating delivery slot was fantastic and it arrived luckily for us heifer we had to leave for work. Explaination on how to build bed from drivers was great great service

Claire the sales person was very friendly and professional. Despite my specific bed requirements, she was patient and attentive throughout and allowed me to get the product I required. Well done Claire, you were amazing.

The staff member (Julia-Mirela) who saw to us was very welcoming and understanding, and asked us what we were looking for and our estimated budget, which other branded outlets did not. We weren’t rushed into buying anything and had the chance to have a good look around the store and made the decision to make a purchase there.
