I came to buy a new mattress as my old, very firm one was giving me problems. I wasn't sure what I was looking for, but Iulia was very helpful. We did the matress test machine, and I told her that I tend to be quite warm at night and that my very firm mattress was giving me joint pain, and then Iulia showed me a selection of mattresses that she thought would be suitable for me. She also gave me a couple of different pillows to try out, and then carried my preferred one to each different mattress so that I could make a good comparison. I came back several times over a few days as it's a big investment, and she was there with a smile and the offer of coffee every time, but was never pushy. Another colleague put the sale through as she was busy that day, and he was just as helpful.

The sales assistant was extremely patient, knowledgable and friendly. The customer service provided was top notch. Even though the store was rearranging the display layout you wouldn't have guessed they were as the shop was so clean and tidy. A very smooth and satisfying shopping experience.

I came into the store with my daughter after having researched the products online. We were initially left alone to browse for a little while but then a member of staff came to ask if she could help. She quickly looked online to check the order time was the same as I had previously seen and was happy to let me leave without buying as I needed to to check measurements. She suggested I buy from the store and not online, just so I had a person to help me should there be an issue with the bed, which is outsourced. This seemed sensible advice and because of her friendly/ demeanor and non aggressive selling technique I was happy to make the journey back to the store the following day to actually order my products.

The store, although in the middle of a re-fit, was well laid out with many products on display. The member of staff, David, made himself available straight away without pestering. He asked questions about our product choice and the reasons we chose that type in case he had other similar options he could offer. He also showed and explained very clearly the difference between products and had very good knowledge of all items. Compared to competitors your price of a divan base without the mattress was very reasonable.

Dealing with Joanne in your Salisbury store was a dream. She was approachable..very knowledgeable and very professional.. And a very good salesperson without any pushy ness. After dealing with Joanne iwould recommend anyone to use this store. Extremely pleased. Thanks Joanne tooo saleslady.

Our sales adviser was a lady called Joanne and when we arrived at the store she met us and was very helpful, she offered us both hot drinks and spent time with us going through the various different bed and mat. options. She gave us some excellent advise and also gave us time to discuss things in private, we decided to go away and have a think and Joanne did not try to do a pushy hard sales routine, we returned a week later to speak with her again and placed our order, well done Joanne it was a pleasure to do business with you!

I don't usually fill in surveys but I have been so impressed by the service I received at the Dreams Salisbury store. The staff were pleasant and helpful, they listened to my requirements and were very efficient. Clair knew the stock and made good suggestions. I was contacted ref. delivery time and the delivery team were polite and efficient. My building work is not finished so I didn't need the bed assembled as requested. Justin recommended contacting the store for a refund. I did and Clair referred me to customer service who informed me that the refund had already been arranged and was on the way to my account. Well done Dreams, good service.
