Very friendly staff... Helpful.. Listened.. Patient.. Understanding at what we where looking for a why. We where made to fill special from the time we entered the shop until we left.

We got what we went in for. We had shopped around and Dreams was the only place we got the product.

Very pleasant experience with knowlegable staff who were very helpful. Loved the computerised bed and ease of purchase. The free coffee was very welcome too.

We visited the Salisbury store and David was absolutely amazing because of him our experience was by far the best customer service we have encountered and an absolute credit to the dreams store. We will defiantly be re visiting and recommending! Well done David.

The sales lady Claire was very helpful and engaging. Made the entire process easy and it was something I had been putting off. The sleep analysis is also very good.
