Dreams - Salisbury

The member of staff (Lula??) stayed after the shop was due to close to try and resolve the finance issue. Nobody was answering the phone so I had to come back. If Lula wasn't so efficient I probably would not have returned and I would have gone elsewhere.

We were helped by Claire on the day we visited the store. She dealt with us in a way that made us feel comfortable and used language that was respectful and informative. She helped us find a bed that was within our budget and get the best for our money. She was exemplary in her professionalism, and in our experience, salespeople in general could learn a lot from her example. Very positive experience. Thank you Claire!

It was great to try the machine and then given the choice of lots of mattresses to try. I had chosen an ottoman bed that was not in store but the sales assistant found it while we were on the machine so that it was ready when we ordered.

David the gentleman who served us was most helpful and patient, reminded me of service long ago. First class.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, and gave us advice without being pushy.

Help was offered almost immediately on entering store but assistant was not pushy. She came back to offer help when we were clearly pausing at a particular bed, again not pushy. We came back next day, were remembered as were the items we were considering. Ordering was then quick and friendly.
